A focus on the fundamentals of Karate. Suitable for beginners and those strengthening core skills.
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Shotokan Karate - Bunkai / Kata (7th Kyu and Up)
Practical application of kata techniques for intermediate and advanced students.
- Tuesday and Thursday: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
