2. Sign-in to your Zen account via computer or the ZenPlanner app to see the class schedules, and reserve your spot!

ONLINE/VIRTUAL CLASSES

On occasion we run do Online/Virtual classes, when we do they will be labelled as such in the schedule.
If attending an online class follow the steps below:


1. If attending an Online/Virtual class Download the Ringcentral app to participate

2. Sign-in to your Zen account to see the class schedules, reserve your spot and get access to the live classes. Member Login is always at the top of this website.

FINDING THE LINK/CODE TO ACCESS AN ONLINE CLASS


From our Website:

1. Go to https://www.dojogo.ca/class-schedule


2. Click on the class you would like to attend!


3. Login to Zen Planner, and reserve a spot! The system will remember you and you may not have to do this step every time.


4. The confirmation page will show you the link that you need to access the class.


HOW TO JOIN A RINGCENTRAL MEETING


DOJO Physical Arts utilizes RingCentral to host its online virtual classes where participants can login in to participate.

Please follow the steps below to join a RingCentral Online Class: 

(This instructional is for joining from a computer. If you join via a mobile device, please download the RingCentral Meetings App from the App store)


STEP 1 - CONNECT


Click the link for the Meeting provided within the ZenPlanner.

Step 2 - DOWNLOAD


Download the RingCentral Meeting application. The download should start automatically.


If it does not, you may click the link to manually start the download.


If you are unable to download the application, you may join the meeting via your web browser*.


(Skip to Page 3 for joining via browser or in- structions for ONLY dialing into the meeting from a phone)


*NOTE: Joining via a web browser is a last resort, and

PFMC recommends downloading the application.

Joining from a web browser will allow you to see others screens and dial into the meeting to listen. However, you will not have a hand raise function, be able to share your screen, or join via computer audio.
