PREPARATION & COOKING
Note: Deep fry 454 g (1 lb) at 350°F (177°C) for 1 1/2-2 minutes. Shake basket after 30 seconds. Always cook to a light golden colour: do not overcook. When using smaller amounts, reduce cooking time.
