PREPARATION & COOKING
Step 1: Add contents to 4 l/140 fl.oz of cold or boiling water stirring vigorously with a whisk. Step 2: Heat to a minimum of 71.2 C/160 F. Hold above 65 C/150 F stirring occasionally. Cook thoroughly.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
Use as a sauce for to cover mash potatoes, hot meat sandwich, french fries, poutine, dipping sauce.
